Protect Your Recovery Phrase

Your recovery phrase (seed phrase) is the key to your wallet. Never store it digitally, take photos of it, or share it with anyone. Keep it physically in a secure location.

  • Engrave it on a metal plate for safekeeping
  • Back it up in multiple secure locations
  • Ensure you've correctly noted the word order

Use Strong Passwords

Use strong combinations for your wallet PIN and app password. Avoid simple, predictable passwords.

  • Should be at least 4 or 6 characters long
  • Include numbers, uppercase/lowercase letters and special characters
  • Don't use predictable information like birth dates

Device Security

Your device's overall security is critical for your wallet's safety. Always keep your device updated and secure.

  • Keep the operating system updated
  • Don't install untrusted applications
  • Use screen lock
  • Enable biometric authentication

  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA)
  • Use additional verification for large transactions

Backup & Recovery

Back up regularly and test recovery procedures in advance. Be prepared for emergencies.
